Which means of payment can I use?

We propose 4 ways to pay your order : credit card, Paypal, bank deposit or cheque. You can choose it in the checkout. If you really prefer another way, you can contact us but we keep the right to refuse any way that we do not trust.

Why do you need my email?

Your email is needed to send you the tracking number and informations about the shipping or to notify you in case something goes wrong (we never know!). If you want to receive informations about new arrivals and promotions, click on "Subscribe to our newsletter" ; if you don't, we won't send you any email after the delivery. How do I create my account?

You can either create an account when you checkout or click on the icon on the top left of the site.

How can I track my order?

After the payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order. When your package is ready, you receive a tracking number for you to follow each step of the delivery. In any case, you will receive emails for each step. We are currently using Colissimo, the safer french carrier solution.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We generally try to prepare the packages in less than 48 hours, then it takes 48 hours for the carrier to forward the order. This period may vary slightly depending on the country.

I am a professional, how can I access to the dedicated space?

To access the professional space, simply send us an email with your information and the name of your store. We will create a specific access for you. You will also have access to the FAQ dedicated to professionals.

What if I change my mind?

Do not worry, you can return any products bought on the Site, without justifying your decision. Be aware that the product has to be returned in its state and original packaging in a period of 14 days following the reception. Find all the shipping and return policy on the dedicated page.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)

All the shipping are insured. We encourage you to read carefully the shipping and refund policy and the terms of service to check the conditions of refund. Any claim that does not meet these criteria will unfortunately not be accepted.

I do not see my country in the shipping list?

It's really difficult to provide a "all-in-one" solution with worldwide shipping, if your country doesn't appear in the list, contact us and we will study the possibility of doing it and send you a proposition.
